Holly is a recent graduate from Kent State University, with a degree in business. She also played for the Canadian Olympic team in Softball. She is a tenacious, passionate, and fun individual that plays a key role at Motive. On her spare time, she wreaks havoc on the slow pitch circuit, and has started to take up golf - FORE!

Jacquie manages all logistics in our organization, and ensuring operation efficiencies are met. She is bright, quick witted, and has such a warm demeanour. Her daughter is her pride and joy, and loves spending time with family. The only thing Jacquie needs to work on is her RC Car driving. Ask how she did at the RC Motive Grand Prix!

Tessa is our inhouse marketing guru, and social media creator (to name just a couple). Her creativity is helping Motive level up, and connect with clients in new ways. On her free time, Tessa loves to hike the most challenging trails and spend time with family.

Amanda is our newest client support addition to the Motive Team! She breaks the vote in the office for liking Country Music - which is a HUGE PLUS. Amanda enjoys camping with her family, and may be able to give the Cake Boss a run for his money with her baking skills!

Even though Kris is a foodie at heart (as you can see) with a passion for cooking, his diverse background includes sales management, & IT systems with over 10 years of battery technology experience.  With technology playing a key role in the ever changing battery industry, Kris will have the very best solution for your application.

Scott's knowledge of the battery recycling sector is second to none, and with over 15+ years of experience, has created a vast network of partners globally. Scott is a food aficionado, and has been known to show his culinary skills in the Motive Test Kitchen! He is also a huge sports fan, and has recently picked up golf - take cover if you see him on the course!

Andrea is our accounting specialist, and manages our complete payables and receivables. Her greatest asset is picking the best husband in the world. She enjoys travelling to sunny destinations, spending time with family and being a social bumblebee.

Steve may have been suckered into moving from the West Coast to Winnipeg, but you would never tell from his positive attitude!  Steve manages the Manitoba branch and is involved with sales, operations, and purchasing for the Prairies.  His hard job starts after work, with his two young daughters.

Danny's years of experience in the material handling industry enables him to use his expertise in day to day operations.  With a hands on approach, Danny ensures maximum efficiency in operations, along with training, and customer support.  In his past time, Danny coaches team sports, and is also known for golfing, which involves a lot of searching!
